How will you help me settle in?

Our experienced team are passionate about welcoming and integrating each resident into their new home, ensuring that you settle in.

From the moment you arrive, our team will ensure that your stay will be welcoming and comfortable. We will endeavour to make your admission relaxed and informal. Within your first 24 hours you will have met with your dedicated team member, discussed your care plan and had a chat with your Chef about what you really fancy for your dinner!

Your family and friends are welcome and may remain with you while you settle into your new surroundings.

Can I bring my own furniture?

Residents are encouraged to bring personal items, such as photographs, ornaments and furniture, to make your room truly your own and create a real home-from-home.

How often are visits permitted?

There are no set visiting times at any of our homes. Friends and family are welcome to visit as often as they want and we encourage them to become fully involved!

Can I bring my pet?

Small pets may be permitted. We will happily review each individual circumstance and each request will be considered.

What is the food like?

Delicious and nutritious meals are prepared onsite by our in-house chefs and catering staff. Special diets are also catered for, as are any dietary preferences, likes and dislikes.

How will I pass the time?

Various social events, entertainment and activities are organised to ensure that there is always something interesting and stimulating going on. Our Activities Co-Ordinators will support and encourage you with any hobbies you currently enjoy.

How much does it cost?

Our care homes accept residents who pay for the full cost of their stay themselves, or who receive assistance with funding from their Local Authority. Please contact the Home to discuss your care needs and to gain a better understanding of specific costs.
